MamakSlot Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings as defined below:

• "User" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the mamakslot platform in any capacity.

2 User Eligibility

3 Account Registration

4 Deposit & Payment

5 Fund Withdrawal

Mamakslot users may withdraw funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• For security and anti-money laundering purposes, all withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment method and internal verification process.
• Your first withdrawal may require full KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Mamakslot reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 30 days for investigation purposes where suspicious activity is detected.
• Any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000 may require additional supporting documents.

In the event an account is closed at the user's request, any eligible remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within 7 business days.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Mamakslot offers a variety of bonuses and exciting promotions to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated at the time of the offer, as well as the following general terms:

• Each deposit bonus comes with wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus funds.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the mamakslot platform — including slots, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Live Casino, Malaysia Super League and EPL Sports Betting, e-sports, and match odds — are operated in accordance with their respective game rules, which can be found in the platform's help section.

• All games use certified RNG by an independent auditing body to ensure fair and random outcomes.
• Game results displayed on the mamakslot platform are final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to the support team within 24 hours of the incident.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, mamakslot will attempt to restore the last recorded game state. If restoration is not possible, the affected bet will be fully refunded to the user.

• Mamakslot reserves the right to void any bets placed after the outcome is known, where there is evidence of manipulation or fraud.

8 User Conduct

Mamakslot users are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and to respect the platform and fellow users at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary measures, including account closure without compensation:

• The use of automated software, bots, or other technical means to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Any attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the normal operation of the mamakslot platform.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or betting.
• Use of another person's credit card or payment method without authorisation.
• Spreading false information, identity fraud, or any form of deception on the platform.

9 Account Closure

10 Limitation of Liability

Mamakslot provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, accuracy, or continuous availability of the platform. To the extent permitted by law:

• Mamakslot shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the platform.
